Raise lift in the first control center and use as platform (double jump) to the upper gantry.
Go to the end of the hallway and use Force Repulse the floor to fall to the next section. One Force Repluse will often be enough to kill all three snipers in one pulse. Use Force Grip on the broken lift to get back up to the top and battle the scout-snipers (semper fi this!!).
Inside the base, destroy the second force field by opening cover of generator and jamming something non-organic into the gears. Enter Echo Base and kill everything that moves.
